The staff was very friendly. I also liked the excellent breakfast buffet.
The room cleaning was not very consistent. Some days they missed replenishing the coffee and tea. This was frustrating, so I had to call to ask for it.

The room cleaner done some nice towel animals. I found it acceptable.
the reception felt unwelcoming. the pool seemed not to get enough chlorine as i only saw them chlorate it once. the pool cleaning was done by a man walking round the edge with a net.

I adored the hotel's cleanliness. Everything sparkled. the location felt very secure, thanks to high security measures. i found the variety of food delicious, especially the chef's dishes. the mamsha's proximity was really convenient.
The reception seemed a little unwelcoming initially. A welcome drink could've made a better first impression, but the staff quickly made up for it!

my room had two separate sinks, adding convenience to our morning routine. a rainfall shower provided a refreshing experience. the balcony overlooked the sea, which gave us amazing views, especially during the sunrise.

the gym included three treadmills for cardio workouts. two stationary bikes were available for those preferring cycling. i noticed the pool area had about twenty loungers. there was a shaded section that offered respite from the sun.

the restaurant staff was attentive and friendly, always ensuring our needs were met. a free shuttle service ran to naama bay each night, offering convenient transport. taxis were readily available for exploring other areas.

snorkeling was amazing right off the private beach; it was so easy. the red sea views were absolutely breathtaking. the hotel's position allowed for spectacular sunrise views every morning, it felt very special.

The resort staff welcomed me warmly. My room was upgraded, a very pleasant surprise. I received a birthday cake from the chef at the main restaurant.. It tasted delicious.
The gym has limited equipment. It only includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
